OVERVIEW

Where curiosity dives deeper

The Shark Tank is our STEM lab, focused on science, technology, engineering and math. Students code, build and create with hands-on tools, guided by a full-time Shark Tank & Learning Lab teacher.

Foundation support helps fund the full-time teacher and technology lab equipment.

WHAT STUDENTS DO

Hands-on learning, every visit

From first lines of code to finished 3-D prints, students learn by making.

  • Coding

Students program Ozobots and LEGO Coding Express kits, learning sequencing and logic.

  • Robotics

LEGO Spike kits and VEX IQ robots let students build and program robots that move, sense and react.

  • 3-D printing

Ideas become real objects on our 3-D printers.

  • Shark News

Video production where students plan, write, film and edit their own news broadcast.
